PressArc estimates your one-rep max (1RM) using your logged bench performance, such as weight and reps from a recent set. The estimate is intended as a training signal, not a guarantee of max performance on a given day.
How does PressArc decide my next working weight?
PressArc uses your recent training performance and progression logic to suggest the next working weight. Recommendations may change based on training results, outcomes, and future updates to the app.
How do subscriptions work?
PressArc Pro may be offered as a recurring subscription through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Subscription terms, pricing, and trial availability are shown in the app before purchase.
How do I restore purchases?
Open the app and use the Restore Purchases option on the paywall or subscription screen. If you still have trouble, contact support.
